Several weeks ago when walking in our beautiful Secret Garden here at Century Village West Palm Beach, Florida. I met a lovely couple from Johnstown, PA. and they were leash walking their cat. I leash walk Harry, my cat as it is his only outlet and he came from a 4 acre farm. Cat people instantly connect for some reason, perhaps we like to be controlled? Being creative and an animal nut, came up with the idea of my Harry hosting a breakfast for William and his parents. William totally enjoyed the morning, and had fun with the game of the day, a catnip roll on the floor. William brought a host gift of cat treats which Harry refused to even look at. We parents enjoyed coffee, pastry, fruit, and juice. There will probably be more cat parties since this event was a lot of fun. We hope to see them all again next winter as William and his parents are snow birds.
This is 15 year old William from Johnstown, PA who is also a leash walked cat.
Sweet William was a doll and enjoyed every minute of his breakfast party. You can see his blue harness.
Harry has retreated to the bedroom and has a miffed look on his face like "screw this I'm going back to bed."
Harry is an 8 year old rescued French Chartreux and his expression says a lot, like " what in the heck is going on here?"
Harry is looking at William just a couple of feet away and trying to figure out if this is an ok thing??? Where did that black cat come from?
Harry saw someone who looked threatening, and came back up the stairs. See how strong he is.
Harry's new best friend Anaiah
